Tel Aviv’s Dangerous Project to Incite Social Chaos in Gaza

Human rights organizations have strongly criticized the distribution of humanitarian aid in Gaza by an American company, warning of an Israeli scheme to deliberately incite social chaos in the region.

According to Al Jazeera, the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA) has emphasized the need for aid to be delivered safely and widely to all residents of Gaza through the UN.

Meanwhile, the UN Special Rapporteur on human rights, in an interview with Al Jazeera, sharply criticized the “Gaza Humanitarian Institute,” which was established by the U.S. and Israel to distribute aid in Gaza. The rapporteur said the institute uses aid as a humiliating weapon. “Only a small amount of aid has reached Gaza. There is an effort—supported by the U.S.—to keep children hungry. The services provided by UNRWA are crucial for Gaza’s residents. Israel’s response is completely disproportionate and is killing civilians in Gaza,” the rapporteur said.

At the same time, the Euro-Mediterranean Human Rights Monitor issued a statement saying that Israeli media reports on arming criminal gangs in Gaza highlight that hunger is being enforced through these armed groups. These gangs loot aid shipments, obstruct distribution, and fire on civilians. Israel is not only starving Gaza but is deliberately creating chaos to destroy Gaza’s social and civil structure.

The human rights organization added: “This is not a fight against Hamas; it is a calculated plan to destroy Gaza’s civil society. Starving people is a war crime, and if intended to erase Palestinians, it constitutes genocide. Netanyahu’s claim that arming these criminals saves soldiers’ lives is in direct violation of international criminal law.”

The Euro-Mediterranean Human Rights Monitor stressed: “Israel has created a fake company to manage aid and is using starvation as a tool of genocide. Countries must break the siege of Gaza, disarm the armed gangs, and work to deliver aid without restrictions. There must be independent investigations into the transfer of weapons and the deliberate use of starvation as a weapon against civilians.”
